We loved the staff treat, always friendly and willing to help. The whole hotel is very clean and neat, and the Cafe in there has menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you don´t need to leave the hotel if you are hungry. They offer laundry service which made our stay easier.

The location was central, the hotel was safe, the room was clean and hygienic, the price was very reasonable. Grab ride from the airport was 301 pesos and took 14 minutes. We booked two rooms - one with bunks for friends, one with a double bed - everyone was satisfied.

Accessible and easy to find. I booked a room with free breakfast but the reception staff told me it wasn't included. Next day, they called us to say it was. TV remote was not working. They replaced but still wasn't working so we just left it. Very friendly staff.
