First of all, the receptionist was warm, sweet and welcoming. She had a good understanding about our situation and accurately put the date of our arrival. My kids and I loved the bed. The setup of the room is simple that makes the room more spacious. We have so many luggage as balikbayan yet, the room does not looked crowded. My children are minors and not vaccinated so we had to stay here for 5 days to quarantine. We did not have time to shop our personal needs so the hotel staff provided everything for us - drinking water and toiletries. My 17 year old daughter has been in many hotels and she traveled a lot but she said, this is the best feeling she had, feels like home. I feel the same way as well. Every time I picked up the telephone and asked something we needed, the staff were like Superman and brought the things we needed in few blinks of my eyes. I recommend you guys to stay in this hotel if you want to feel like home.

Good service, Clean accomodations,room are spacious enough,The staff was really helpful, friendly and very attentive to our needs specailly Ms. Quennie who patiently entertain all my concenrs and inquiry..lWhat we truly love about this hotel is when i heard the reception playing a worship/ Christian song w/c is very calming to the heart…what a wonderful sound to hear best way to start the day…

Really enjoyed our stay here! Everyone was friendly and super helpful, food and drinks were available from the cafe all day which was really useful with our 4 children! They helped us get laundry cleaned and they always made the room up with some water bottles and amenities. Nicely decorated for Christmas, lives up to its name! :)

One more is that the bar "1998 Roofdeck Lounge" (nighttime)on the rooftop during our stay had an entertaining band, quality food and drinks were served, and a cozy ambiance.
